Just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by restaurants, shops, and everything you need to enjoy your vacation without needing a car. The complex features a heated saltwater pool. Sun loungers, beach mats, and umbrellas are available for an additional fee.
A prime location for exploring Tenerife on foot.

On the main floor, you’ll find a bright living room with split-system air conditioning, a sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with all the essentials for your stay, and direct access to the balcony. Its sunny orientation creates a pleasant space to enjoy Tenerife’s climate.

On the upper floor is the sleeping area, also equipped with its own independent split-system air conditioning, a 1.80-meter double bed, and two additional single beds in the same space. This layout is very practical for both families and guests who prefer to sleep separately. The bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor.

Guests have the entire duplex for their private use during their stay. The accommodation is a fully equipped, independent vacation home. In addition, guests can enjoy the heated saltwater community pool at Parque Santiago 1, subject to its operating hours and rules. Lounge chairs, beach mats, and umbrellas are managed by the community and incur an additional cost.

The accommodation does not have private parking. There is free public parking on the streets surrounding the complex. Since it is located right in the center of Playa de las Américas, it may be more difficult to find a spot during the day, while there is usually greater availability in the late afternoon and evening.
